Ingredients
1 cup, sliced Zucchini 2 cup Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese 10 tbsp Kirkland Shredded Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (by LORIBBB) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Shred zucchini and squeeze out excess water.
Add eggs, cheeses and beat together, Spread on Parchment Paper.
Spread thin and bake at 425 for 25 minutes
