Ingredients
16 oz Chicken -Boneless, skinless chicken thigh (by JUSTKLH) 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Green Beans (snap) 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted (or coconut oil)2 tbsp Curry powder 0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) (to taste)SaltPepper
Directions
Melt butter or oil in large skillet.
Sauté onions 1-5 minutes
Add chicken, brown, remove, set aside
Add other veggies and sauté to tenderness preference
Cube chicken, add back to pan
Add spices
Cook through
Add cream, heat through
