Ingredients
10 cup Canned Tomatoes 8 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 6 medium Carrots, raw 2 cup Cannellini Beans White Kidney Beans Bushs 2 cup, sliced Summer Squash 15 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or veggie broth2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 cloves garlicitalion seasonin1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil frozen french style green beans 16 oz bagtablespoon dried parselyTablespoon dried basiltablespoon dried oregano1/4 cup sugar (more or less to taste).25 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
sautee onions till soft
add garlic cook 1 minute
add veggies and sautee
add tomatoes
add stock
add spices
salt to taste
add sugar at end to taste to cut acid
