Egg Beaters Spinach Quiche

6 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen 2 crust, single 9" Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake 6 serving bacon, hormel black label bacon lower sodium 2 pcs 8 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup)
Cook bacon/drain
Puree spinach (thawed) with egg substitute, season if you want
Blind bake crusts for 12 minutes at 400 degrees
Let crusts cook, then layer bacon and cheese split evenly between the two pie shells. Fill with egg and spinach mixture. Bake at 325 for 60 minutes or until set.
Serving Size: Makes 12 servings (6 pieces per pie)
