Sauté bacon and ham for five minutes, add a quarter cup olive oil, heat then stir in the onions, carrots, celery, and garlic to cook until translucent.
Pour in liquids, then peas. Bring to a boil. Add greens. Return to a boil, stir, then simmer for 2-3 hours.
