My Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 serving potatoes red one med is one serv (by GREENMTNTRAIL) 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 teaspoon Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Celery seed .15 cup, chopped Onions, raw according to taste .25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw according to taste
Directions
Chop potato in to cubes, and cook in water and Bouillon cube until tender.
Add Celery seeds ,Carrots and Onions until tender
Add Milk and heat until hot
