Shrimp Cocktail With Avocado (Mexican Style)

Ingredients
32 oz Shrimp, cooked 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 6 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 24 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 2 clove Garlic 12 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 3 pepper Serrano Peppers 85 grams Cilantro, raw 6 tsp Hot Sauce, Tapatio
Directions
Peel and Cook Shrimp (with shell) with Garlic, save about half the water.

Chop all vegetables and mix together in a bowl (Except Avocado), squeeze lime, add ketchup hot sauce, Salt & Pepper to taste.

Add all shrimp and enough water (cooled) to make it soupy. add avocado and mix once again.

Serving Size: Makes about 5 to 6 full servings
