.25 cup Olive Oil 4 medium Carrots, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 2 clove Garlic 12 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 3 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 1 cup Hunt's Tomatoe Sauce 4 tsp Dried Oregano (by ARCTIC.ORCA) 16 oz Hillshire Farm Turkey polska Kielbasa
Heat oil in heavy skillet over med-high heat; add chopped carrots, quartered onions, chopped celery, garlic, salt & pepper (to taste). Saute until veggies are soft. Add potatoes, mushrooms, diced tomatoes with liquid, tomato sauce and oregano; cook 20 minutes over low heat Add Polska Kielbasa; simmer 15 min or until heated through.
