16 oz Cream Cheese 1 cup Sour Cream 48 serving STEVIA - SWEETENER \ Kroger Brand 100% Natural W/ Erythritol 2grams (by LOVING121) 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 5 tbsp Butter, salted 1 cup, chopped Pecans 1 serving Baker's unsweetened baking chocolate bar 2 tbsp Torani Sugar Free Caramel Flavoring Syrup .5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 2 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
Mix 4 tbsp butter melted with 3/4 cup finely chopped pecan and 2 tbsp almond flour, 2 tsp stevia. Press into greased pan. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, stevia, eggs, and vanilla in mixer. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 F for 25-35 min or until knife comes out clean. Melt 1 tbsp butter, 2 squares bakers chocolate, 2 tsp stevia, mix well. Drizzle over cheesecake. Drizzle 1/4 chopped pecans, and 2 tbsp sugar free caramel. Chill for 3-4 hours in fridge. Serves 12.
