Spinach Feta Chicken Pasta

4 oz Feta Cheese 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh 1 large can chopped Tomatos5 oz Pasta, shells or other shape22 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces2 small cans of Mushrooms (optional, or use fresh)Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, Rosemary, Thyme
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain.
In a large pan or dutch oven heat olive oil. Lightly brown chicken, add onion and season. Saute, stirring often until onions are translucent. Add To Tomatoes and Mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add Spinach and Feta Cheese, stir and simmer for 5 more minutes.
Ladle into 4 large bowls.
