apple quinoa Salad

Ingredients
1 cup Ancent Harvest's Quinoa, Traditional, Organic (1/4 cup dry / 46 grams) 0.33 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) .33 cup, chopped Walnuts 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup Apple juice, unsweetened 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1/2 tsp sage1/2 tsp crushed chilis1 tbs coriander seeds
Directions
in rice cooker add all ingredients except
walnuts and apple and carrots
cook til done
steam carrots separatly
chop walnuts and apple add after it's cooked
add carrots when done
