Ingredients
˝ cup Egg Whites˝ cup Splenda1 scoop (4 tbsp) Genuine Health Vegan Proteins+ Vanilla1 tsp Almond Extract2 tbsp Almond Flour2 tbsp Matcha Powder1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Pour egg whites into bowl. Mix in Splenda, protein powder, almond extract, almond flour, matcha powder, and baking powder, stirring with a fork after each added ingredient. Scoop out 12 portions onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Bake 20 minutes.
