Ingredients

    1 cup Flour, cake and pastry, Robin Hood (by LESLEY210)
    .5 cup Granulated Sugar
    .33 cup Margarine, soft
    .66 cup Milk, 3.25%
    4 large Egg white, fresh
    2 large Egg Yolk
    0.25 tsp Cream Of Tartar
    .25 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder

Tips

Don't overbake


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients then simultaneously combine eggs, milk and margarine. Make a meringue using egg whites add cream of tartar. Fold the batter and meringue until incorporated. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
