This sweet dessert drink gets a healthy makeover from Cassey Ho. You'll love this sugar-free and dairy-free version!
If you love Chai Tea Latte's you'll love this decaffeinated low calorie any time version.
Melty chocolate, warm banana, in a crispy shell, topped with cool whip - yummm!
I find this simple dessert quick and easy and a nice finish to a spicy dinner. And with just a little over a hundred calories it fits nicely in my plan. The unsweetened toasted coconut is not in the nutrition info. I did not want to skew the numbers with estimate of a sprinkle. Enjoy.
A delicious chocolate, peanut butter, and oatmeal treat always popular at a party. NOT a diet food. This recipe with it's accompanying directions produces a smoother end product than others I have tried as the sugar is allowed to dissolve properly and does not retain a "grainy" texture
A request came in from one of my bakery clients (who happens to be from Malaysia, not Thailand), who asked me if I could make her a pumpkin pie using two very unusual ingredients: creamed coconut and peanut butter. Not one to turn down an interesting kitchen experiment, this is what I came up with!

This is a light and moist cake that is not too sweet and has a refreshing green tea fragrance. The frosting uses cream cheese but has enough sweetness to mask the sour taste. The matcha (green tea) powder gives it a delicate green hue too. This cake can also be baked as a sheet cake in a 9x 13 inch pan or as 2 separate round cakes in two 8 inch round pans. Adjust baking time accordingly.
A delicious smoothie made from many wonderfully refreshing fruits.
this is my mochi experiment! it's very simple, and both yummy and pretty! :)
perfect for teatime~
Adzuki beans or Red Beans are very popular as a dessert item in Japan.
Adzuki Bean desserts are not as sweet as our American desserts. We love sugar and do not consider this high protein treat as highly as it's health benefits deserve.
Use a mixture of Splenda and granulated sugar to bring it to a sweeter taste if you desire.

Here is some great advice from: LYNNETH7
*1 tsp of matcha is as beneficial as up to 6 tsp of brewed green tea leaves because you actually eat matcha powder instead of tossing it away after brewing.
*Get yourself a decent matcha powder. Check your local Asian supermarkets. Find a container sealed with a vacuum/nitrogen lock.
*Make sure it is grown in Uji for best quality.
