Ingredients

    1 Tbsp matcha (green tea) powder
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 cup ice cubes
    20 drops liquid stevia
    1/4 cup boba balls (tapioca pearls)

Directions

1. Blend the first 4 ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Boil boba balls in 1/2 cup of water, sweetened with 10 more drops of stevia, for 3 minutes.
3. Drain the the cooked boba and pour into a cup.
4. Top with the almond milk matcha mixture.

Serving Size: Makes one serving
