1 serving Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil First Cold Press 4 cup Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 6 cup Organic Baby Spinach - Fresh Nature's Promise 114 grams Carrots, cooked 114 grams Celery, cooked 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3.5 cup Goya Black Beans 1.75 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes - No Salt Added 100% Natural
Directions
saute onion, carrot and celery in olive oil for 2 minutes....add chopped kielbasa saute for another 2 minutes...add spinach and chicken broth and water...then add rinsed black beans and diced tomatoes....then bring to boil.....lower then simmer for 30 mnutes
