Light Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1~ 7oz. can Tuna in water, drained1/2 C.Mayo1/4 C. celery, minced1/4 C. green bell pepper, minced1/4 C. green onion, minced1C. cottage cheese, 2%
Directions
Mix all ingredients and refrigirate for 2 hours before serving. Serve on a piece of whole wheat bread that has been toasted w/ a slice of provolone and tomato.
