Ingredients
14.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers1.25 cup Cream Cheese3.0 oz Cheddar Cheese3.0 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw8.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
Directions
Mix cheeses, chopped bacon and spread into cored, halved, peppers. Put on cookie tray and freeze. Then dip in egg and drege in almond flour - twice for best results. Freeze again. Deep fry or bake.
