Vegertarian Moussaka

Ingredients
OnionGarlicMushroomsTinned Tomatoes and HerbsEggplantMargarinecheese - cheddarMilk 2%Flour - White
Directions
In a pan with non stick spray and water cook up Onion, Mushroom and garlic. Once cooked add tin of diced Tomatoes.
Make White/cheese sauce with margarine, flour, milk and cheese.
Slice Eggplant thinly
Layer Tomatoe mix, eggplant and cheese sauce in a dish till all ingredients are used up.
Bake in oven 180C for 1 hour.
