GF Apple Crisp

Ingredients
5 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 1.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1 tbsp *Flax Seed 4 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 0.5 cup pieces or chips Walnuts 6 tsp Honey Powder- Augason Farms 3 tsp Cinnamon, ground 4 tbsp Butter, salted 5 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava™ Organic (1 t)
Directions
1. Slice apples and place in pan
2. mix dry ingredients with butter
3. Sprinkle topping over apples
4. Cook at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until apples are soft
