.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Buckwheat Flour (by VIXEN2188) .5 cup Yellow Cornmeal 2 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 2 cup Kirkland Organic Soy Milk Vanilla 1 tsp Almond Extract (by CRANKYGIRL) 1 tbsp Kirkland 100% Pure Maple Syrup (by PRAY4ZHAYNE) 1 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic 1 tsp Baking Soda
Heat pan on medium heat. Drop batter into pan and cook on one side until bubbles form in the surface. Flip and cook on the other side for a few minutes.
