Mexican potaoe/beef stew

Ingredients
1 lb-Lean ground beef1 can yellow corn1 can stewed tomatoes3- garlic clovesseanonings to taste
Directions
brown the ground beef, cut potaoes in strips, add to ground beef along with stewed tomatoes and corn. Add seasonings to taste. Simmer for 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
If desired add green and red peppers for a sweeter taste and try some jalepeno or cayenne peppers for spice!
