Turkey Meatloaf and Mashed Potato Cups

16 oz Turkey: Ground, 85% Lean Ground 1/2 cup Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup1/3 cup Organic Panko Bread Crumbs2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 cup Chopped Onion 2 cloves of Garlic 2 dashes of Salt 1 dash of Black Pepper 2 tbsp Heinz Organic Ketchup 3 Peeled Medium Sized Potatoes 1/2 cup Horizon Organic Whole Milk3 tbsp Butter 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Saute onions and garlic together, then transfer to large mixing bowl. Add cream of mushroom soup, ground turkey, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and egg. Mix well. Divvy into a 12 cup tin.
Boil potatoes. Add 1/2 cup milk and 3 tbsp of butter and mash well. Season to taste. Spread potatoes on meatloaves to create a cupcake type of look.
