Southwest Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 four oz. chicken breast, diced into bite size pieces3/4 cup green bell pepper, diced3/4 cup red bell pepper, diced1/2 cup white onion, diced1/4 cup cilantro, chopped fine2 tbsp canola oil1-2 wedges of limeBlack pepper to tasteSalt to taste
Directions
Dice chicken, green peppers, red peppers and onion into bite size pieces. Chop cilantro fine. Place canola oil in large skillet on medium heat. Pour in chicken and veggies. Season with black pepper, salt and even ground red pepper for extra spicyness. Cook until chicken in thoroughly done. Squirt lime over all ingredients and serve.
