Ingredients
12 oz Beef, tenderloin 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 2 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 tsp Tony Cachere's Creole Seasoning (by BARHAMB) 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Pull enough foil to completely wrap the ingredients tight, and completely air tight. Place the wrapped contents in a shallow pan (in case it leaks). Bake for 2 hours.
