1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 8 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 2 slice Bread, wheat (including toast) 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Take all the vegetables and put it between two slices of bread. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper
