Ingredients
1.33 serving 2% Organic Milk-Organic Valley (8oz) 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tbsp Butter, salted 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour NOTE: if making sweet add a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon1T swerve confection sugar.Top how you like, just remember to track it!
Directions
I whipped my crepe mixture between crepes. I heated a flat sided frying pan to a Med temp. butter pan if your pan sticks. Put 1/2c mixture into the pan and roll pan to spread evenly. allow to cook 30-60 seconds and flip for about 20 more seconds. Remove, spread or add your topping. Try cream cheese, flavored spreadable cheese or peanut butter, then you could put jelly, cooked veggies, smoked salmon. The options are endless.
