16 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] 1 cup Red Gold Chili Ready Diced Tomatoes (by AMYBETH70) .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw .25 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 tbsp Chili powder 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Salt 1 serving 1/8th tsp red pepper flakes (by BUDDY_LOVE) .25 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 33 grams Tomato Paste
Directions
brown hamburger. Throw everything in crockpot. Cook away until onion and peppers are soft. Leave out corn if you want to save a few more carbs.
