Ingredients
8 oz 95% Extra Lean Ground Beef (by CLTHIES) 3 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Sweet peppers (bell) 1 cup Brown Rice, long grain .33 cup, diced Celery, raw .33 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .33 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)
Directions
mix together everything except second ingredient and then stuff into each pepper. Top with sauce and bake in moderate oven one hour or until tender.
