20 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Raw (by LAURIE32) 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp .5 fl oz Water, tap 2 tsp Oregano Leaves (by BMGORDON) 1 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener .5 tsp Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black 2 serving Tomato Red Ripe Raw Whole Medium (by MAMAMOUSE01) 2 cup cucumbers, with peel, raw 0.5 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 16 gram(s) Black Pearl Sliced Black Olives 6 cup ROMAIN LETTUCE 1 CUP CHOPPED
Directions
small bowl whisk together Oil,Vinegar,water,oregano,garlic,salt,pepper and splenda. Adjust seasonings to taste.

season Chicken with salt and pepper.

preheat stove top\grill over medium heat. Brush pan with olive oil. Cook chicken for 12 minutes turning only once... cooking until no longer pink in center. SET ASIDE

DIVIDE the salads among 4 plates. top with feta and chicken breasts. Drizzle with remaining dressing and garnish with olives.
