pork scallopine with creamy mushroom sauce

Ingredients
2 serving Roseland (Aldi) Center Cut Pork Chop (4 oz.) (by FENINCYBER) 6 tsp Amul Pure Ghee 14g/1 tbs=1 serv 2 dash Pepper, black .5 cup Taste of Thai Lite Light Coconut Milk (by MOUNTAIN7) 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 3 1tsp Olive Oil 2 dash Salt 3 tsp Garlic, minced, jar, great value, 1 tsp/1 clove (by LINLU00) Basil fresh is best
Directions
pork chops need to be thin, cut them horizontal or get thin and pound slightly under plastic wrap til aout 1/8 "thick.
Put a dash of salt and pepper on both sides and set aside.
In a large skillet put the ghee or clarified butter and when very hot or smoking sear pork chops for 2-4 minutes both sides til brown. Take out of skillet. Place chops on plate and cover to keep warm.
In the same skillet put the olive oil to heat and toss in mushrooms to sauté with the garlic and when brown and cooked through put in coconut milk and at med high heat boil down to desired thickened consistency
