Ingredients
4 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 2 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv 1.5 cup Fat free half and half AllspiceSplenda to taste
Directions
Place potatoes in instant pot and cook until able to mash. Add allspice and chicken broth. Purée Add half and half and purée again Add sweetener if needed
