60.0 gram tesco gluten free porridge oats30.0 gram strip shake vanilla protein powder20.0 gram The chia co. chia seeds20.0 gram Superfood world organic cacao240.0 gram Napolina chickpeas in water (canned)
Directions
Preheat your over at 180° Mix chia seeds and 1/2cup of water. Leave aside for 10min In the meantime, mix oats, chickpeas, and powder with the help of a food processor Bake for 25min in a square/brownie type of baking tray Once out of the oven sprinkle cocoa powder all over the solid mixture Put back to cook for another 5 min Leave to cool before cutting into 6 slices/bars Serving Size: 6
