Directions
PAT CHICKEN BREAST DRY WITH A PAPER TOWEL. THEN COAT EACH SIDE WITH MAYO AND SEASONINGS OF YOUR CHOICE, I USE WHATEVER I HAVE ON HAND AND BAKE 40 MINS AT 400*. WHILE CHICKEN IS COOKING. COOK BACON AND CUT INTO SMALL PIECES. THEN MELT CREAM CHEESE IN SAME PAN YOU COOKED BACON IN ONCE MELTED STIR IN HEAVY CREAM, BACON PIECES AND CHEESE. ONCE CHICKEN IS DONE SERVE AND POUR SAUCE OVER CHICKEN,.
