3 Mama Mary's small thin pizza crusts1/4 cup Fat Free Yogurt, Plain 2 Tbs. Lite Cream Cheese softened 3 Tbs. Frank's Red Hot Sauce3 Tbs. Finely Chopped Carrots3 Tbs. Finely Chopped Celery6 Oz. Canned Chicken Breast in Water 3 Tbs. Finely Chopped Green Onion 3 Tbs. Crumbled Blue Cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix yogurt and next four ingredients together until smooth. Add chicken and stir until just mixed leaving chicken in small pieces. Divide chicken mixture evenly into three portions and spread over each pizza crust. Sprinkle onion over top of each pizza. Bake on non-stick foil lined pan for 5-7 minutes until edges are just starting to brown, Sprinkle Blue Cheese over top of pizzas and bake 4-5 more minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is browned. Remove from oven and let cool one minute. Cut into pieces as desired.
