16 oz Bob Evans Ground Original Pork Sausage (by CLOVERGIRL12) 2 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving) .125 cup Flour, white
In a 10 in. skillet, brown sausage while chopping with a spatula so it's crumbled and cooked thoroughly. In your measuring cup, measure out milk and add flour to the milk. Whisk together milk and flour. Drain grease from the cooked sausage and return to skillet. Add milk and flour mixture and return to medium high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly to keep the milk from burning. Milk and flour thicken to make gravy after about 3-5 minutes of boiling. Remove skillet from heat and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes and serve.
