Ingredients
1 (4 ounce) box Reese® All Natural Paddy Grown Minnesota Wild Rice – no need to rinse2 ½ cups waterSalt to taste
Directions
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Stir in rice, cover, and reduce heat to low.
3. Cook rice for 40 minutes or until tender.
Try pairing wild rice with any of the following: sautéed mushrooms; sautéed onions; fresh herbs such as thyme, parsley, or sage; dried fruits, such as apricot or cherries; and nuts, such as almonds, hazelnuts, and pistachios.
