One Pan Chicken and Veggies

Ingredients
4.0 breast, bone removed Chicken Breast, with skin2.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)6.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)2.0 clove Garlic4.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 tbsp Salt1.0 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Cut tomatoes in half. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Bake on pan in oven for 25 minutes or until chicken is done. Optional: serve with rice.
