Cauliflower, Ham & Bacon Stew

Ingredients
2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked 1.5 cup, diced Pork, fresh, leg (ham), shank half, separable lean only, cooked, roasted 1 serving Bacon - Oscar Mayer fully cooked - 4 strips .25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 15 fl oz Chicken Broth 2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese .25 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) .25 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
Directions
Layer all together in crock pot; cook on high for 5 hrs.. As you allow it to cool, it will thicken up more.
