Gluten free Crepes

Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Baking Flour (1 to 1 ratio of reg flour) (by TRICIARICE) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup Milk, 3.25% .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .25 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) 2 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
In a large bowl whisk together flour and eggs, gradually add milk and water till combined. Then add salt and melted butter, beat until smooth.
heat your lightly oiled crepe pan or skillet over med high heat, pour a 1/2 cup of batter in center and tilt pan in circular motion so the batter coats pan evenly.
Cook 2 min until the bottom is light brown, loosen with a spatula and flip over cooking other side.
