Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 2 serving Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry 0.15 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 0.5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Mix all thoroughly, form into 5 patties. Wrap burgers individually in plastic wrap and then keep them in a freezer zipper bag. Freezes well. I pan fry, with a spritz of olive oil, in a cast iron skillet to an internal temp of 170.
