Main Bar9 scoops Promix Protein Puffs90 gram(s) VitaFiber Prebiotic Fiber syrup2 tsp Almond ExtractFrosting3 tsp VitaFiber Prebiotic Fiber syrup3 scoops Dymatize Elite XT - Rich Vanilla 1 tsp Almond ExtractwaterSprinkles
weigh 90 grams of vitafiber IMO syrup into a cold frying pan with the almond extract. Heat on medium heat until it starts to boil then stir in 9 scoops of protein puffs. Toss until coated and place into a silicone mold with 9 bar shapes evenly. Allow to set for a few minutes, then remove to a cooling rack.
Mix up the frosting by stirring everything together with enough water to make it the consistency of a slightly runny frosting. Dip bars in scrap them on the sides of the bowl to get rid of the extra. Put back on the cooling rack and add sprinkles.
