Ingredients
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1.5 cup Bush's Garbanzos (chickpeas) 1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled) 4 cup Spinach, fresh 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 2 oz Sabra Roasted Garlic Hummus 0.5 cup 365 Organic Quinoa 6 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds
Directions
The only thing cooked is the quinoa, unless you are using dried chickpeas. I like to slightly toast my chickpeas in some spices( tumeric, Cheyenne pepper )
