Ingredients
1 cup water0.5 cup Quinoa (dry) 45gms 1 tsp Ginger Root .33 cup, chopped pitted Prunes, dried (you could also try apples).125 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened) - Original
Directions
Bring the water, quinoa, nutmeg, and ginger to a boil in a small pot. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Then stir in the prunes and almond milk. Cover the pot again and cook for another five minutes.
