Pita Pizza

Ingredients
1 - Joseph's Flax Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita.25 cup, onion, thinly sliced1 medium button mushroom, thinly sliced .5 tbsp garlic, minced.25 cup bell pepper (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange), thinly sliced2-3 green olives, sliced1 oz Tillamook Mozzerella, shredded1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated.5 cup Spaghetti/Marinara sauce (tomato sauce) Olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Heat a touch of olive oil in a small pan over medium low.

Prep veggies. Saute mushrooms for a minute or two, then add garlic, onions and peppers and saute for another couple of minutes.

Meanwhile, brush olive oil on the top and bottom of pita, and place it on a baking tray. Bake 2-5 minutes to crisp. Remove from oven.

Spread sauce on pita, sprinkle with cheeses, top with veggies and bake 5-10 minutes.

Add/remove any toppings you like! I like to add mini meatballs, turkey pepperoni or sausage, chicken, and change up the veggies depending on what I have or am in the mood for (: I also sprinkle seasonings directly on the crust before baking it - garlic and onion powders, sausage seasoning or ground fennel, some oregano, etc.

Serving Size: Makes 1 single serve pizza.
