Elise’s Banana Nut Muffins NH

Ingredients
2 cup Flour, white 1.5 tsp Baking Soda 0.5 tsp Salt 4 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1.5 stick Butter, salted melted2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.5 cup, chopped Walnuts
Directions
Combine flour, soda, and salt, set aside. Mash 2 bananas with fork set aside. Electric mixer whisk banana and sugar together 3 minutes, add butter, eggs and vanilla mix well. Scraping the sides. Mix dry ingredients, just until incorporated. Fold in nuts and remaining banana with rubber spatula. Put in muffin tin. Bake 15-18 minutes. 375° 15-18 minutes
