1.0 serving Avacado (Whole)2.0 tbsp Salad dressing, Kraft, Lite Zesty Italian1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 tbsp onion powder1.0 tbsp garlic powder0.25 fl oz Lemon Juice1.5 tbsp cumin powder
peel and mash the entire avacado ( minus the pitt) until it is a not too smooth, not too chunky consistency, then mix in the garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and cumin. The mix will seem a little off until you add in the lemon juice and Italian dressing. I sometimes use a little more or less of everything, usually made to taste.
