1 cup of Lowfat Keir, pomegranate flavor3/4 scoop of Soy Protein Powder10 frozen, sweet cherries1 bananaSplash of orange or pomegranate juice (optional)5-8 ice cubes
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Makes one large smoothie, or two smaller snacks.
