Seve's Chicken Adobo in Pressure Cooker

Ingredients
4 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 4 leg, bone and skin removed Chicken Leg 1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 5 serving Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove) (by MYWALK4LIFE) 4 tbsp Bragg Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (mother) 3 serving Agave nectar syrup (1Tbsp, 21g) 6 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos (by RICH220) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
Directions
Heat pressure cooker. Add oil. Brown chicken pieces being sure not to crowd. Add 2 bay leaves, garlic, 1/4 cup of liquid aminos, 1/4 cup of vinegar 2 tablespoons agave and the onion. Close and cook for 15 minutes. Remove chicken and cook down the broth for 15 minutes. Strain and serve over rice and chicken portions.
