3 cup Kroger Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables 2 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 5 clove Garlic 5 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tbsp Cumin seed 1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat 4 tsp Granulated Sugar 2 dash Salt
1. Heat the oil in a fry pan
2. Pour the cumin into it and let it crackle
3. Add ginger and garlic (chopped/paste)
4. Add onions and saute them
5. Add tomatoes into it
6. Boil the frozen veggies
7. Add yogurt and mix well
8. Let it cook for a minute or two and then add boiled vegetables and sugar
9. Add salt to tour taste.
10. You can add red chilly flakes if you want it spicy!
Serve it hot!
